Essay

The chemical analytical properties of heteropolycomplexes of Phosphorus (V). Aim: increasing of sensitivity and selectivity of indirect atomic-absorption and spectrophotometric methods for the determination of phosphorus as double and mixedligand heteropolycomplexes (HPC). Research methods: spectrophotometry, atomic-absorption spectroscopy, potentiometry, UV- and IR-spectroscopy, ion exchange. Conditions of the quantitative formation and reduction with ascorbic acid and optimal conditions for the extraction with buthylacetate of mixed HPC of P(V) having formulae PMe(III)Mo11O396- (Me=Sb, Bi) were found. These complexes were synthesized and investigated using a scope of physicochemical methods. Absorption spectra in visible region were interpreted. The optimal conditions of determination of phosphorus by molybdenum, tungsten, cobalt or zinc were found. New analytical high sensitive metods were proposed and approved for the indirect extraction-spectrophotometric and atomic-absorption determination of phosphorus in pure, drinking, river waters, steels and alloys. Sphere of employing: analytical chemistry, ecology of an environment, food and technical industries.
