Object - population of Colorado beetle, plants of potato. Aim - identification of the basic vectors of differentiation and adaptation of the population of Colorado beetle on the positions of evolutional autecology of insects in technogenesis modern conditions. Methods - laboratory experiments, field experiments, statistical method. Scientific novelty - ecological laws of intrapopulation variability of Colorado beetle and also feature of spatial differentiation and ontogenetic adaptations of nine phenoforms of the pests in potato agrocenosis are determined. Geographical variability of the population structure of phytophage that described by zonal-biotical distribution of phenoforms in a population and physiological features of their aggressiveness (the 1st, the 3rd and the 6st phenoforms) is established. Abiotic (temperature), biotic (diseases of the pests and potato) and anthropogenous (insecticides, biological products, regulators of plant growth, sorts of potato) factors are investigated, that determins modificational variability of the pest population and it homeostasis. Systems of crossings of the population of Colorado beetle (assortative, selective and inbreeding with domination of selective), and also character of inheritance and variability of attributes of pest's first-back figure are determined. Ways of regulation of microevolutionary processes in the populations of Colorado beetle are developed on the basis of rational using of insecticides, hormonal preparations of insects, regulators of plants growth and PAAL (the matrix insecticides component).
