Object of research - process of measurement and control of surface tension of clean liquids and solutions of surface-active agents. An object of research - methods and optical-electronic monitoring facilities of surface tension on border(limit) of division(segmentation) a liquid - air. Method of testings - methods of mathematical and physical simulation, differential and integral numerations, theory of measurement and control, errors, law of probability and stochastic processes. The purpose of research - sensitization of measurements and veracity of the control of surface tension of liquids by a method лежачей of a drip in an electrical field.
