Essay

The object of research is the technological process cold strip rolling on continuous mills. A subject of research are the systems of automatic control of a technological process continuous cold strip rolling. The methods of the systems analysis, analysis of outcomes of experiments, problem space, optimal and adaptive technique, decomposition, self-organizing are used. Scientific outcomes: 1) the multivariable dynamic model of the process cold strip rolling, founded on the offered equation speakers of rolling has received further development; 2) the new linear doubly-connected model of a separate roll mill stand is developed and the technique of synthesis in the problem space of an appropriate adaptive discrete management system with a bivariate regulator providing maximum metrics of alignment of a page in view of operation changes of technological parameters of the process of rolling has received further development; 3) A multivariable regulator of a leading particulars of the process of continuous rolling permitting by an optimal image for the first time is offered to match angular velocities adjacent cage, and the three-level structure of the system of automatic control by the rolling mill is justified; 4) Have received further development methods of control on the top level realizing creation of aggregated metrics of quality of the automatic system and self-organizing of standard control model on the basis of a multicriteria estimation of regulation of the process of rolling. Practical value - the computer model of a process strip rolling is developed and three-level system of automatic control of a continuous mill is developed. A usage - automation of rolling mills. Designed in a thesis algorithms, model and technique, outcomes of researches and the control components are used by research-and-production centre "Kvantum" (Mariupol) at development of the project of an automatic management system of a continuous mill of a cold rolling department of the Mariupol metallurgical combine by him Illicha, department of automation of process of research-and-production association "DONIKS" (Donetsk), and also in research and development and educational operation of faculty " an Automation and telecommunications " DonNTU.
