Essay

Surfaces of material samples and speckle patterns formed in optical and digital-optical systems. Development of new optical speckle correlation technique, which will allow us to increase accuracy of measurement of displacement and deformation fields of constructional material samples in comparison with known digital and optical speckle correlation techniques and creation of optical-digital information-measuring system for processing and correlation analysis of speckle patterns for solving the task of material surface displacement study. Methods of investigation are methods and algorithms of digital and optical image processing and image recognition, methods of information-measuring system creation. Optical-digital information-measuring system, which allows us to perform study of surface displacement and deformation fields of constructional material samples during its field observations is created. The principles of evaluation of surface displacement measurement accuracy are proposed. New technique of optical speckle correlation is developed. New method for spectrum ring median thresholding is developed. Soft hardware is developed and implemented in information-measuring system. Centers and laboratories of surface displacement investigations are branches of the results application.
