Essay

The manuscript is devoted to theoretical study of a possibility of an amplification of an electromagnetic radiation in the scattering of an nonrelativistic and relativistic electron by a nucleus in the field of a circularly polarized one and two-mode electromagnetic wave. The conditions at which the gain coefficient becomes maximal in magnitude are obtained. Possibility of practical use of an amplification of an electromagnetic radiation for electronic beams powerful enough is shown.
