Novelty: conception of de-sign of processes of management by commercial activity of metal-commercial company is first de-veloped, based on bases of systems approach to the management by commercial activity; the model of determination of cost of sale of products is first de-veloped; the mechanism of management by the dy-namic brief-case of consumer orders of metal-commercial company got further development; the complex model of determination of the economic grounded volume of purchases of metal-production at producers with the use of probabilistic and statis-tical methods, vehicle of system dynamics and the Petry networks is improved; the structure of man-agement information by commercial activity of metal-commercial company is improved.
