Object of research are managerial processes by information streams of the industrial enterprise. The purpose of research is development of a complex of economic-mathematical models of management by an information infrastructure which provide increase of efficiency of functioning of a control system of the industrial enterprise. Methods - the system and functional analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, the functional - cost analysis, the theory and multi-purpose optimization, decomposition. Results: the concept of modelling of an information infrastructure of the industrial enterprise; a complex of models of functional - cost optimization of an information infrastructure; the mechanism of audit and management of development of an information infrastructure; model of optimum development of an information infrastructure; a method of formalization of process of the functional - cost analysis of economic objects. Novelty: For the first time the concept of modelling of an information infrastructure of the industrial enterprise, constructed on principles of system and functional approaches to management of information streams of economic object that allows to raise a management efficiency the industrial enterprise due to optimum distribution of the investments directed on development of an information infrastructure is developed, to lower a level of functionally unjustified charges, and thus, the cost price of production; the complex of models of functional - cost optimization of an information infrastructure at which construction methods of the theory and mathematical programming are used that allows to provide optimum distribution of charges to the maintenance of set of elements of an information infrastructure without attraction of additional means is developed. The mechanism of audit and management of development of the information infrastructure, basing on the theory of viable systems is advanced, and allows to raise efficiency of methods of management of an information infrastructure of the industrial enterprise; model of optimum development of an information infrastructure which allows to define expediency and the directed structural changes of information systems of the industrial enterprise in conditions of limitation of money resources. Has received the further development a method of formalization of process of the functional - cost analysis of the economic objects, using methods of the theory and mathematical programming.
