Object of research are managerial processes by characteristics of adaptive productive and economic systems. The purpose of research is development on the basis of the system approach of the concept and a complex of models and methods of management characteristics productive and economic systems which introduction provides increase of efficiency of functioning and viability of system. Methods - logic, the system analysis, economic-mathematical modelling, the system approach, modern information technologies, principles of adaptive management of economic systems. Results: the concept of management characteristics productive and economic systems; a complex of models of management of flexibility productive and economic systems; a method of an estimation of viability productive and economic systems; a method of an estimation of elasticity productive and economic systems; model of management of characteristics of adaptive properties productive and economic systems. Novelty: For the first time the concept ofmanagement by characteristics productive and economic systems, basing on methods of the system analysis and principles of viable systems which introduction provides increase of efficiency of adaptive management productive and economic systems and its viability in conditions of the astable environment is developed; the complex of models of management is developed by flexibility productive and economic systems; the method of an estimation of viability productive and economic systems is developed, based on the theory of indistinct sets that allows to prove a necessary level of charges on adaptation and to provide the maximal expected efficiency of functioning productive and economic systems in conditions of the astable environment; the method of an estimation of elasticity productive and economic systems, based on methods of the economic analysis and the economic-mathematical modelling is advanced, taking into account at fluctuations market and production factors and character of reaction productive and economicsystems and a level of deviations of parameters of itsefficiency from scheduled in astable conditions allows to define{ an opportunity of maneuvering; Has received the further development model of management of characteristics of adaptive properties productive and economic systems that is based on a method of system dynamics and with which help it is possible to define a level of stability and reliability of functioning productive and economic systems, effective values of key parameters of adaptive management productive and economic systems and consequently to prove administrative decisions in astable conditions of functioning.
