Object of research are processes of adaptive management by the productive and economic systems functioning in conditions of astable demand. The purpose of research is development of a complex of models and methods of synthesis of system of adaptive management of productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand. Methods - the system approach, principles of the concept of viable systems, the concept of a dynamic portofolio of orders, the theory genetic algorithms, the theory of neural networks, expert systems, indistinct logic and indistinct management, the theory of sets, methods of research of operations and approximate calculations of the theory of optimization. Results: the concept of synthesis of system of adaptive management of productive and economic systems; model of processing of weak signals and indirect communications in system of adaptive management of productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand; Model of formation of an optimum portofolio of orders in system of adaptive management of productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand; a method of accommodation of points of the control; a method of support of decision-making during formation of an optimum portofolio of orders. Novelty: for the first time the concept of synthesis of system of adaptive management by the productive and economic systems, basing on methods of formation of a dynamic portofolio of orders and principles of the viable systems is developed, allowing to raise efficiency of functioning by productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand; the model of processing of weak signals and indirect communications in system of adaptive management by productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand which allows to carry out effective planning of demand for production with use of not formalized and poorly formalized information is developed. The model of formation of an optimum portofolio of orders in system of adaptive management by productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand which allows to raise efficiency of planning of activity by productive and economic systems is advanced; a method of accommodation of points of the control, basing on principles of maintenance of necessity and sufficiency of the information and allowing to organize process of gathering of the necessary information for a control system from the internal environment productive and economic systems with the minimal charges. Has received the further development a method of support of decision-making during formation of an optimum portofolio of orders that allows to raise validity and efficiency of the decisions accepted in system of adaptive management by productive and economic systems in conditions of astable demand.
