The work is devoted to the study of the main regularities of the density models of the lithosphere inhomogenities with considering their tendency to isostatic balance in the substance gravity differentiation in the Earth's gravity field. A density model along the DSS profile Putivl' - Kryvyi Rig has been set up with considering the regularities detected in theoretical modeling.
