The prodaction of the building materials, and process of formation of the expenses and net price of production. A scientific substantiation of branch model of organization and methodology of the account and analysis of expenses, and also net cost of production of the building materials. In this work are used, a such methods: the analysis, method of forecasting, specific methods of scientifik reseach and mathematical methods. The development and solve theoretical and practical problems of methodology and account of the organization,analusis of expenses and also net price of production of the building materials. The development of the recommendations directed on the improvement on organization of the account and the analysis of expenses, and also formation of the net price on manufactures which make ferro-concrete products and product of concrete and silicate clay. The enterrises which make the ferro-concrete designs and silicate clay and scientific process.
