Object - the process of forming of the long-term program of development of the economic process control system. The purpose - is development of scientific and methodical bases of forming of the long-term program of development of the economic process control system in oil-and-fat industry. Methods - systems approach, analysis and synthesis, inductions and deductions, abstracting and specifications, analogies and comparisons. Novelty - systems approach to forming of the program is developed, which includes classification of economic processes, resources and organizational structures, determination of strategic aims, problems of development and possible variants of their decision, choice of priority variants of development.
