To improve results of total hip joint replacement at patients with dysplastic coxarthrosis by development of optimum variants of prostheses designs on the basis of research radio-anthopometrical and clinical characteristics of hip joint at this category of patients. Methods of research: clinical, radiological, radio-anthopometrical, electrophysiological, densytometrical, biomechanical and statistical. Scientific novelty. On the basis of executed X-ray researches proximal department of a femur at dysplastic coxarthrosis statistically authentic objective attribute dysplasia proximal department of a fe-mur is revealed X-ray-anatomical; the design is advanced and standard sizes of a femoral component of prosthesis ORTEN and a technique of its implantation are proved; indications for the differentiated choice of a femoral com-ponent of prosthesis ORTEN are developed at planning and carrying out hip joint replacement at patients with dys-plastic coxarthrosis. On the basis of research of a condition of mineral density of a bone fabric proximal department of a femur in dynamics after replacement terms of loading on finiteness, and also optimum terms between operations on the first and second joints at patients with bilaterial dys-plastic coxarthrosis are determined. The technique of post-operative rehabilitation of this category of patients is ad-vanced.Positive outcomes are received in 94,5 % of supervi-sion (excellent - 55 %, good - 30,2 %, and satisfactory - 9,3 %) that testifies for the benefit of high efficiency of medical rehabilitation of this contingent of patients at ap-plication of prostheses ORTEN.Results of research are introduced into clinical practice at the clinic of joints replacement of the Dnepropetrovsk regional clinical hospital named after I.I.Mechnikov, or-thopedic-traumatological department of the Kharkov re-gional hospital, clinic of a pathology of large joints of the Kharkov scientific research institute of a pathologyof a backbone and joints, department of orthopedy and trauma-tology of the Cherkassk regional hospital, clinics of trau-matology and orthopedics of Vinnitsa national medical university named after N.I.Pirogov and the Zaporozhye state medical university, department of the operative ar-thrology of the Sevastopol city hospital №9.
