Dissertation is devoted the problem of optimization of medical tactic, to determination of indications and contraindications to surgical interferences and to prognostication of consequences of defeats of barrel of brain at heavy cerebral traumatism jn the basis of research of their clinical displays and structural features. 115 cases of primary (81) and second (34) traumatic defeats of departments of researches characteristic features of clinical displays of these defeats. By the method of clinic-statistical analysis frequency, expressiveness and connection of symptoms lesion of vitally importand functions of barrel of brain, was certain in comparison with localization, morphology and term (by priority or secondary) of origin of these defeats. Establishment of interdependence between the levels of defeat of different departments of barrel, dynamics and connection of heavy functional violations allows forecasting subsequent motion of disease and defining diagnostic standards and algorithms of prophylactic and medical measures.
