The stock market of Ukraine. The development of theoretical and scientific-methodological procedures and practica recommenlatiohs, directed to rise of effecience of domtstic stock marcketmanegment. In the dissertation new results are received to mechanism of function of stock market in Ukraine and rise its stable influece on economy.
