Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with rheumatoid arthritis with pathology of muscles to study biochemical, histological, immunological, instrumental peculiarities of rheumatoid myophaty. It is shown, degree of damage of skeletal muscles depends on disease activity and stage, but especially on level of proinflammatory cytokines in blood. The effectiveness of isometric charge and thyotriasoline is ground to correction of the myophaty. Their combination have maximum positive effect. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
