Essay

An effective ways for building equivalent circuit based models for RF application are researched in the thesis. The new ideal and microstrip transmition lines models are designed. The collection of four modified and six new microstrip discontinuities models developed. The new method for existing RF models modification proposed. An extended classification of RF FET and HBT transistor has been made.
