The dissertation is devoted to the solution of the scientific and technical problem that consist in elaboration of the scientific, methodical and engineering program ensuring SAPR for the improvement of cyclic strength and durability calculations of evolving teeth in power spur gearing by fracture mechanics methods. The fatigue curves in linear fracture mechanics were received. On base of those the cyclic durability calculation of highstress machine elements methods elaborated for a repeating–stress cycle. Numeral solutions realize by direct boundary elements in theory of elasticity. The created calculating program complex SAPR model the fatigue crack growth in kind of most typical damages of spur gear: a fatigue fracture near the tooth base and a fatigue crumble of active surface near the tooth pitch point if the lubricant was available. The received results allow revealing the reserves for increase of fatigue fracture strength by the optimum selection way of geometry teeth and thermal process regimes of materials
