Essay

In dissertation, beginning is fixed and a new direction of logarithmic analog-digital converters is developed, namely - on commutator condensers. New principles and methods are offered, theoretical bases are developed, in particular, a new theorem is proved about the equivalence of the linear electrostatic systems. Mathematical models and new structures LADT, which excel after exactness and fast-acting of known LADT substantially, are created, are evened after these descriptions with linear ADT, but considerably the linear prevail after functional possibilities. New principles of logarithmic analog-digital converters are based on the phenomena of redistribution, accumulation and aggregate of redistribution-accumulation of charge in commutator condensers and allow to realize any value of basis to logarithm .
