Subject of research - processes in complex technical systems under indeterminacy conditions including process of power consumption in electrical systems; purpose of research - extending possibilities and increasing efficiency of quasideterminization of processes in the complex systems using new technologies of modeling of systems under indeterminacy conditions; methods of research and apparatus - theoretical, experimental; theoretical and practical results - basic principles of poor sets theory are developed, task of determinization and quasideterminization of processes in complex systems is formalized, mathematical models of electrical load in the nodes of power supply systems based on the usual, fuzzy and poor sets are developed, two methods of building poor sets of power of nodes of electrical system and expert system of their realization are developed, software for controlling power consumption under insufficient data is developed based on achieved results; degree of introduction - in the range ofbranch; field of introduction - electroenergetic and other complex systems.
