Essay

Research subject is nonstationary of radio signal and circuit responses. Re search objective is developing of methods and means of increasing of operat ing speed and processing efficiency of pulse signals with amplitude, frequency and phase modulation, chirp-signals and nonstationary multimedia signals based on time-frequency responses of signals and circuits. Research methods are methods of complex variable functions, operational calculus, functional and spectral analysis and theirs next radio applications: analytical signal the ory, method of dynamic transfer response and wavelet theory. Research results are new method of operating speed increasing of signal processes with ampli tude modulation by way of correction of dynamic process of linear filters; is perfected the method of wavelet-filters matching, that differ possibility of in creasing of noise-to-signal ratio and decreasing of out signal distortions. Nov elty is consists in the following: for the first time got the mathematical models of filters with correction of free answer component that is differ high opera tion speed in signal processing with amplitude modulation; is perfected the method of estimation of two-dimensional wavelet specters based on that is proposed new method of matching of wavelet-filters. Derived results are intro duced and used on base of SMC “AVIA” in Odessa, BE “Novaya Technica” of PC “Dormachine” in Nickolayev and in laboratory practical work of wireless devices department of RTI ONPU Odessa.
