Essay

Generalization of the total integration reflective power dynamical theory for the case of presence of defects of several types and of arbitrary sizes, including defects which commensurable with extinction length, and presence of kinematically scattering disturbed surface layer without any limit on its size have been made. Also, the physical nature of effect of asymmetry of normalized azimuthal dependence of total integrated reflective power in crystals with large defects has been determine.
