Essay

The purpose of the dissertation is increase of alloyed silicon physical properties and modified hypereutectoid silumins mechanical properties, working at the increased temperatures. At first the influence of the alloying elements on phase transformation temperature intervals at semiconductor silicon is studied. Using the metallographic method, X-ray method and local X-ray method the author has shown that at Cz-Si alloying by the B-Sn and B-Mo compositions the silicon metastable modifications with rhombic and a body-centered lattice are stabilized at room temperature parallel with SiFCC diamond. For the first time one has revealed interrelation between microhardness and minority carrier lifetime of Cz-Si alloyed concerning energy of silicon atoms interaction in a crystal lattice. For the first time, features of structure formation, growth forms of primary crystals of a silicon solid solution, quantitative parameters of hypereutectic silumins structure at introduction of tin and B-Sn and B-Sn-Sc compositions are investigated. For the first time, the stabilized solid solutions on the silicon basis with a various type of a crystal lattice (Sirhombic, SiBCCIII) and different solubility of aluminium are fixed in silumins at room temperature.
