Essay

ISSR- and SSR-methods allowed to detect the alien genetic material in introgression lines genome of bread wheat. Bread wheat variability peculiarities as result hybridization with Ae. cylindrica and its stability in hybrid forms on different stages of backcrossing and self-pollination are established by microsatellite markers of wheat. SSR-analysis of population BC3F2 of 378/2000 x Lutestens 23397 revealed linkage of microsatellite locus Xgwm 259 to common bunt resistance gene. The resistance gene was located in intercalary region of chromosome 1B long arm distal on 7.6 - 8.5 cM from Xgwm 259.
