Essay

The thesis is devoted to research of pesticides microbiological problem degradation problem. The opportunity of search of potential microorganisms-destructors of pesticides among those insensitive to their toxic action was scientifically substantiated and experimentally proved. It was shown, that soil microorganisms of different sorts (Azotobacter, Bacillus, Pseudomonas, Agrobacterium, Flavobacterium, Xantomonas) have different sensitivity to herbicides gezagard, atrazin, dual and primecstra. It was revealed resistant strains of bacteria sort Pseudomonas to mentioned herbicides. It was established, that strain P. fluorescens B-36 destructs herbicides dual in liquid environment and in chernozem soil does not soil's sanitary-epidemic condition. The influence of persistent pestisides rests on soil microbiocenos in of ineligible pesticides warehouses arrangement zone was investigated.
