Kalenska O. Pathomorphology of the local regulators systems (APUD and immune) of gall-bladder at the different forms of cholecystitis

Dissertation is devoted to the study of features of morphological changes of the regulators systems of gall-bladder - local endocrine and immune systems at the different forms of cholecystitis. At a chronic cholecystitis, especially at gall-bladder illness in a mucus shell growth of amount of endocrine Ес-cells is set in comparison with gall-bladders without pathology. At the destructive forms of cholecystitis the considerable diminishing of amount of Ес-cells is marked due to the necrotizing changes in the mucus shell of gall-bladder. The immune system of gall-bladder is represented by intraepithelial lymphocytes, by diffuse limphoid infiltration in the submucosa of mucus shell and muscle shell which at a chronic uncalculary cholecystitis after the closeness of fission in three times anymore, and at gall-bladder illness in six times anymore in comparison with a norm.
