Gorodys'ka I. Remediation of soil polluted with organochlorine pesticides using alkali agents

Object of research - soil polluted with organochlorine pesticides. The purpose of researches consist in development of method of remediation of soil polluted with organochlorine pesticides using alkali agents. New effective and cheap method of remediation of soil polluted with organochlorine pesticides was developmented. The results of agroecological evaluation of sanity zones of former pesticides storehouses' are given. Processes of organochlorine pesticides' accumulation in upper soil layers and vertical migration of these xenobiotics are investigated. The remediation of soil polluted with organochlorine pesticides pot experiment was conducted. The influence of pollution on the activity of enzymes of oxireductaz class and forming of soil's microbiocenoz was investigated. The influence of alkali agents, which are used for remediation, on the changes of activity of enzymes and on the quantity and quality structure of soil's microbiocenoz is investigated.
