Essay

Thesis presents results of development of energy-saving technology of porous aggregates production from siolit - siopor. The process is realized in fluidized bed. A certain modes of heat treatment of siolit were elaborated for determination of parameters of siopor production process. It was developed mathematical model of sodium hydrosilicate materials expanding process, and was designed methods and is organized studies on experimental installation. Energy-saving technologies of production siopor are designed and created. On the base of energy analysis of siopor production the way of the reduction specific power inputs are presented. Scheme of technology production of siopor is designed.
