Essay

Thesis is dedicated to clearing up of oxidative stress' features and operation of antioxidant system of pheasants organism in conditions of synthetic delution and at an operation of antioxidants. In a course of a research is established, that the high intensity of LPO in tissues diurnal pheasants is the cause of poor operation of enzymatic antioxidant system activity. The compensative increase of antioxidant enzymes activity, in the early term of postnatal ontogenesis does not promote a fast exhaustion of a pool of the main lipophilic bioantioxidants, that in turn instigates inhibition of enzymatic responses of antioxidant system. It results in to decreases of aduptic abilities of natural birds in conditions of synthetic delution.Is established, that the contagions pheasants produce oxidative stress, which one is characterized by the expressed increases of the TBARP contents in a liver and blood of pheasants in 30-day's age and with violation of antioxidant enzymes activity. The received data indicates the necessity of realization of a correction of processes LPO with a help of antioxidants, in a direction of elimination of violation of an oxygenous metabolism and guard of tissues against a damaging of oxidative stress. Is exhibited, that the usage of a distinol in doses 0,038 % - 0,050 % is favourable influences on accumulation of vitamin E reproduction, stimulates an antioxidant enzymatic link, reduces the intensity of LPO processes, that is positively mirrored in accretions of pheasants body weight and safety of lifestock on a background of oxidative stress.
