Essay

The dissertation covers fractional-order dynamical systems modeling by operational methods. Approximation methods for system analysis are developed, in particular interpolation-extrapolation method is proposed. The method allows to raise accuracy of block-pulse approximation without loss of advantages. An approximation method for delay-system modeling is developed. An algorithm for solving of boundary-value and variational problems is developed.
