It is indicated on the feature of quantitative and high-quality alteration of components of endocrine and immune systems of rectum in chronic ulcerative colitis. Findings are extended and deepen knowledge about pathogenetical links and formings of morphological changes in the mucous membrane of rectum at a chronic ulcerative colitis.
