Essay

The research objective is a process of receipt of information about intensity of electromagnetic radiations of microwave frequency-range that characterizes composition and properties of wares from dielectric materials. The subject of research is radiometry devices of control of wares from dielectric materials. The methods of theory of electromagnetic radiations, radio engineering measuring, structurally-functional design, commutation-modulation transformation, theory of random events and theory of errors are developed. Scientific results: 1) new methods and radiometry facilities of nondestructive control of wares from dielectric materials according to the level of power of radio-thermal electromagnetic radiation in the microwave frequency-range of higher exactness and sensitiveness are developed; 2) the method is proposed that estimates gradient of matter (admixture) in the wares of control which allows to eliminate influence of temperature and temporal instability of its parameters on a sensitivenessand authenticity of control due to comparison of differences signals before and after the microwave irradiation of object and applying positive feedback in the circuit of radiometry device of control; 3) it is proved that due to application of new methods? and means of selection of broadband radio-thermal signals out of the hindrances of noises the fluctuation threshold of sensitiveness of the developed radiometry devices of modulations of control is reduced to the level of 10??? watt/GHz at the bar of reception 100 MHz and their exactness (error ± 0,1decibel) is increased; the frequency range of researches is extended to 160 GHz; 4) the methods of estimations of control errors are developed that provide possibility of the separate measuring of additive and multiplicative making errors and recommendation on lowering influencing of own noises of microwave frequency-section of radiometry devices of control, that enables for certain to estimate the levels of signals out of the wares of control under level of ownnoises of control device. A practical value of the research is that that bases of planning of highly sensitive devices are created for radiometry control of wares from dielectric materials due to measuring of power of their radio-thermal signals; devices are proposed the decisions of schemes of which enable to develop the systems for nondestructive control; the structures of devices and also structures and algorithms of the signal shaping for the engineering design of radiometry devices of modulations of control with a greater sensitiveness, exactness, extended frequency range and functional possibilities are developed; the methods of diminishing of errors out of influencing by own noises of aerial and control devices and also due to instability of their function of transformation are proposed. Dissertation results are used in the Research institute of complex automation (Donetsk) and Public scientific and production enterprise „Kvarsit” (Konstantinovka, Donetsk oblast) and also in the educational process ofthe Zhitomir engineering and technological institute on the department of medical devices and systems as well as at the Kiev national university of technologies and design on the department of automation and computer systems and in the Sevastopol national technical university on the department of the radio engineering.
