Essay

In the thesis the mathematical model for the search problem of the additional emissions of the industrial enterprises without breaking the ecological requirements at the level of the ecosystem pollution is proposed and investigated. The explicit models which allow to evaluate the critical characteristics of the pollution source taking into account the maximum allowed values of the ecosystem pollution field are obtained. The method of the converging neighbourhoods as the most effective for the problems involved is recommended for the solution of the combinatorial problems for the proposition of the additional emissions to the enterprises. It is show that for the case when the ecosystem pollution processes are described by the linear boundary problem it is possible to pass on to the problem of the linear programming.
