A research object is investment activity of motor transport enterprise in the field of international transportations. Development of methodological and methodical approaches to the economic-mathematical design of acceptance of decisions in investment activity on a motor transport is the purpose of dissertation work. Scientific novelty of the got results. consists in creation of complex of economic-mathematical models for acceptance of decisions in investment activity on a motor transport taking into account the investment risk. The developed models and research methods were inculcated in the Ukrainian state enterprise "Ukrynteravtoservys" and assisted to subsequent development and improvement of work at the market of service of transport vehicles on international transportations
