Sapa S. Surgical treatment of the patients with the ‘diabetic foot’ syndrome, complicated by pyo–necrotic process.

The dissertation is devoted to topical questions of improvement of results of treatment of the patients with pyo–necrotic complications of the “diabetic foot” syndrome on basis of usage of decompressive fasciotomy of cases of crus in combination with stage surgical cleansing of purulent foci. It was determined, that when pyo–necrotic process arises alongside with “diabetic foot” syndrome, the sub-fascial pressure in the cases of crus raises up, what contributes to ischemic lesions of extremity and promotes destructive changes. The method of surgical treatment of the patients with pyo–necrotic complications of the “diabetic foot” syndrome has been designed. It consists of usage of decompressive fasciotomy of cases of сrus in combination with stage surgical cleansing of purulent foci.
