Essay

The purpose of research: the problems of development and analysis of control system for optimization of transportation processes involving diesel-trains with fre-quency shifters (FS) and traction non-synchronous engines (TNSE). The aim is in fol-lowing: the work introduces as well a novel approach to determining coefficients of optimized functional using the theory of equilibrium models, which has been resulted in extension of AKOR method. The obtained correlations link values ij (as well as ij) of optimized functional and allow shrinking up the number of possible variants when adjusting coefficients ij and ij. The novelty is in following: new methods are proposed for the synthesis of directions of electric drive process ACS, which imple-ments transportation process with the simultaneous optimization of energy consump-tion indices of a diesel-train. An evaluation procedure for the quality of control sys-tem is also proposed; the structure of a control system in which an existing controller is supplemented with an additional one based on three-layer neural network is de-signed. Cooperation of the controllers ensures energy consumption optimization in transportation of loads and passengers. The results of this work are used in the plant "Elektrotyazhmash", state enterprise. The field is rail-freight traffic.
