Bakhmach N. Forming of a Corporate Non-State Pension Corporate Non-State Fund of the Light Industry Enterprises Enterprises

Dissertation is devoted to investigation of the theoretical, metho- dical and practical aspects of the corporate non-state pension funds' management system, analyzing its using for development of the Ukrainian light industry. The author described the process of the social defense forming, analyzed main reasons of the Ukrainian pension system reforming, investigated economical sense of the corporate non-state pension fund, and outlined the conceptual principles of non-state pension fund's management system with practical aspects. The author worked out the non-state pension fund's management system, which is integrated, system and complex. The author proposed recommendations of management system's practical implementation for establishment of the non-state pension fund on the base of light industry enterprise.
