Object of research: processes of by volume and cal-endar planning of activity of industrial enterprise. Pur-pose of research: development of complex of eco-nomic-mathematical models of processes of the adaptive planning on industrial enterprises, that will provide the increase of efficiency of management by an enterprise. Methods of research: management by the economic systems, economic-mathematical design adaptation in the economic systems. Results: the features of processes of management and planning of activity are certain; di-rections of improvement of existent processes proce-dures and methods of the bycalendar planning of activity of industrial enterprises are certain; author conception of design of processes of the adaptive planning of produc-tion activity of industrial enterprises is developed; the original method of synthesis of adaptive plan of produc-tion is developed; the complex of economic-mathematical models of the bycalendar planning of in-dustrial production of enterprise is improved;the struc-ture of the system of the adaptive planning of activity of industrial enterprise is improved; efficiency of the of-fered system of the adaptive planning of activity of in-dustrial enterprise of joint stock company iron and steel works "Azovstal" is proved. Novelty: conception of de-sign of processes of the adaptive planning of production activity of the industrial enterprises oriented mainly to work on the orders is first developed; the method of syn-thesis of adaptive plan of production is first developed; the economic-mathematical models of by volume and calendar planning of production are improved; the struc-ture of the system of the adaptive planning of activity of industrial enterprise is improved.
