Object of research: processes of functioning of the production-economic systems in the conditions of in-fluencing of factors of seasonality. Purpose of re-search: development of complex of models on deter-mination and adjusting of influencing of factors of seasonality on functioning of PES on the basis of lo-gistic conception and methods of adaptive control. Methods of research: systems analysis, statistical analysis, general theory of the systems, ?????????-mathematical design, theory of adaptive control, deci-sion-making theory. Results: conception of design of estimation of influencing of factors of seasonality on efficiency of PES; model of estimation of efficiency of production of goods of PES in the conditions of influencing of factors of seasonality; model of esti-mation of efficiency of realization of products of PES in the conditions of influencing of factors of sea-sonality; models of adjusting of influencing of fac-tors of seasonality on efficiency of PES; complex of models of estimation of efficiency of realization of products: model of rating estimation of influencing of factors of seasonality, model of specified and model of integral estimation of influencing of factors of sea-sonality; method of determination of economic effi-ciency of models.
