Fahd M. Optimizing bone fragments consolidation in diaphyseal fractures of the crus bones

Object of the research: reparative osteogenesis, treatment process in patients with the diaphyseal fractures of the crus bones. Goal fo the research: increasing of efficiency of treatment patients with the diaphyseal fractures of the crus bones by the optimizing reparative osteogenesis. Methods of the research: clinical, morphological (histological and electronic microscopical),x-ray, statistical. Scientific novelty: New data of optimizing bone fragments consolidation in diaphyseal fractures of the crus bones; the new method of fetal bone tissue and embryonic cytozol bioimplantation was elaborated. It helps to decrease of the treatment terms. Results of the research: the new method of fetal bone tissue and embryonic cytozol bioimplantation in patients with the diaphyseal fractures of the crus bones’ treatment process was elaborated. The method was introduced into the practice of traumatology deoartment of Kharkiv regional hospital and educational process at traumathology and orthopedic department ofthe Kharkiv State Medical University.
