Essay

The dissertation is devoted to researches of drying process of under glaze ceramic paints, including luminescent, at manufacturing friezes and borders. For research of objects of drying of small weight on an example of thin coverings (paints, varnishes, etc.) it is developed and is applied the heat-mass content device, in which the method of differential-bridge thermal measurements is realised. Is proved, that the curves of drying, received with the help of the heat-mass content device, coincide with curves of drying, received with the help balance. Is proved that the influence of speed of movement of the heat-carrier almost twice exceeds influence of temperature. The equations of regress for drying time of under glaze ceramic paints and luminescent paints are received. By results of experimental researches the optimum parameters of the heat-carrier in drying time are established for the under glaze ceramic paints and the luminescent paints. The domestic solvent for luminescent paints is developed andthe shop of manufacture of ceramics including luminescent in firm «Agromat» is constructed.
