Suсhovetskiy V. Treatment of fractures troсhanteric part in the patients of elder and old age by apparatus of external fixation on the pivotal base

The Object of researches: the patients of elder and old age with fractures trochanteric part. Aim – improvement the results of treatment of the patients elder and old age by the way of experimentally – mathematical basis of using of apparatus of external fixation on the pivotal base. Methods: clinical, radiographical, mathematical and computered modeling of fractures and construction of apparatus, biomechanic researches on the preparations of femoral bones, statistical. Nontraumatic method is worked out of operative treatment of patients of elder and old age with fractures trochanteric part by rod apparatuses of two flatness fixation, the method of before- and after operated curation of patients and their rehabilitation is worked out. Suggested method of osteosynthesis is more reliable. It says about that higher per cent of positive results and less frequency complications, connected with shakiness of rods, instable state of construction and hypodynamic of patients. The method is instilled into the Traumatological departments of Kharkov city hospital of urgent help №4, Kharkov regional clinical hospital, city clinical multiprofiled hospital №17, is using on the faculty of Traumatology and Orthopedics in Kharkov State Medical University.
