Bludova N. Peculiarities of course, pathogenesis and treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated of affectoin of gastrointestinal tract and dysbiosis of large intestine

Subject of research – patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) with the affection of gastrointestinal tract (GIT); aim - the improvement of quality of diagnostics and the effectiveness of treatment RA in patients with the affection of gastrointestinal tract; methods – clinical, biochemical, immunological, immunoenzymatical, instrumental, morphological, microbiological, statistic; newness – the correlation between rheumatoid arthritis and affections of different parts gastrointestinal tract and dysbiosis of large intestine have been established for the first time, the morphological signs of rheumatoid gastro-, duodeno-, colonopathy have been determined, the interconnection of pathology of digestive system for rheumatoid arthritis and disturbances of immune and non-specific protective systems has been demonstrated, the important significance of changes microcirculation of blood in development of affections stomach and intestines has been proved, the frequency of dysbiosis large intestine and character ofits influence to changes of the clinic-laboratory indications of pathological process in patients with rheumatoid arthritis have been determined for the first time; results - the medical technology of diagnostics and treatment of the affections gastrointestinal tract and dysbiosis of large intestine in patients with rheumatoid arthritis has been elaborated, the influenced factors of course of this pathology have been determined, the use of probiotics in these patients has been grounded, the appropriate directions of prescription of “Lactovit-forte” and its effectiveness have been defined; it has been introduce in practice of therapeutic-preventive departments of Donetsk, Lugansk, Poltava and Volinsk regions and a teaching process of Lugansk and Zaporozh’e Medical Universities; sphere of using - medical-diagnostic process of rheumatological, gastroenterological, therapeutic departments, a teaching process in therapeutic sub-faculties of medical universities
