The objects are the natural and simulated Prysamarie Dnieprovsky forest biogeocenosis and and recultivation zone of damaged Western Donbas. The aim is to researched of the features of organo-mineral substances and heavy metals distribution in a system phytosenosis-forest litter-soil. The methods are classic geobotanic methods of field researches and generally accepted techniques of the laboratory analyses, atomic absorption and emission spectral methods, statistical. Ecological estimation of heavy metal content and organic and miner substances was carried on, and indices of their distribution in the system phytocenosis-forest litter-soil of forest ecosystems were defined too. On the basis of complex investigation results of the content and distribution of organic and mineral substances and heavy metals and comparison of obtained data with the results of former 30-35 years functional changes in biogeocenosis state of Prysamarsky monitoring and recultivation zone of damaged Western Donbas soils were estimated. As for further development of existing biogeocenosis prognostication conclusions are done. Theory and practice basis for the creation of new forest plantations in the conditions of Steppe zone in Ukraine are given. Spheres of use are monitoring and training courses.
