Misiuk O. Improvement of print production design by use of electroflocking technology

Object of investigation was finishing technology of print production by use of electroflocking method. Purpose of investigation was to design and research the technology of flocked image application on the paper background, to evaluate its exploitation properties and to optimize technological regimes of electroflocking. Mathematic modeling, optical and microscopic, and statistics methods have been used for investigation. Technological process of image flocking in the "down-up" direction has been designed and optimized. The correlation between technological and regime factors of flocking processes and their influence on the quality of image have been fixed. The model device has been designed and technological instructions for electroflocking process have been worked-out.
