Essay

Subject - the companion maize and sorghum sowing growth and development and productivity formation process when densifying their row-spasings, with high-protein components. Purpose - the establishment of regularities of the companion maize and sorghum productivity component formation process at the expense of densifying their row-spasing with other high-protein crops and the improvement of their growing technology. Methods are field, measuring-weight, laboratory, computational and comparative, mathematical and statistical. Value and novelty of research - details of phytocenosis formation in companion fodder maize and sorghum sowing when densifying their row-spacings with soybean, broad bean, lupin, amaranth, white annual, melilot, sorghum and Sudan grass as well the relation between their yield and quality are revealed. The companion fodder maize and sorghum sowing growing technology is improved at the expense of densifying their row-spacings with high-protein crops. The research results are introducedin 2003-2005 at the farm of the Kirovograd region over an area 750 ha. Field of application - the agricultural production.
