Essay

In the dissertation ways of increase of accuracy of designing and serviceability worm gear mills are offered and argued. The developed specified theory еducation of a surface cogwheels in which basis is put by worm mills spatial mathematical model of process. On the basis of the specified theory еducation of a surface new ways of designing of worm mills of the raised{increased} accuracy and serviceability are developed. On the basis of the developed spatial mathematical model the theory of definition of geometry of a cutting part worm gear mills is specified. The developed general technique and recommendations on designing worm mills of the raised accuracy and serviceability. At the expense of new ways of designing increase of accuracy of cogwheels which is achieved were cut behind parameters of kinematic accuracy and smoothness of job on the average in 1,5-2 times in comparison with wheels which were cut by standard mills. Increase of serviceability of mills of new designs on 30 %, simplification of technology of their manufacturing in comparison with standard mills is provided.
