Antonenko A. Improvement hydrocarved cutting machine tools on the basis of new layout decisions.

The dissertation is devoted to the decision of a scientific problem of increase of efficiency of planimetric hydrocutting of sheet composit preparations by improvement hydrocarved cutting machine tools on the basis of new layout decisions which give more opportunities on use of adaptive management by process. On the basis of the executed complex probability-experimental researches with use of the industrial hydrocarved machine tool and of some research stands of own design the competitor personally formulates principles of the description and the analysis of structure of configurations of the hydrocarved equipment, perspective configurations are revealed, which provide a constancy of schemes of technological debugging and an opportunity of use of watching systems (for example, optical) for automation of process of jet cutting parasynthetic preparations, are offered to a way of improvement of quality of processing of composit preparations, the algorithm of the lead identification of dynamic parameters of nonrigid preparation is processed; the mathematical model of formation of a groove cut by a jet of a liquid with use of a contour of the control is developed, recommendations concerning industrial creation of progressive hydrocarved systems are formulated.
