Feras A. Models of the analysis of a situation in uncertainty conditions on the basis of fuzzy logic

The dissertation work is devoted to development of effective methods and models of the analysis of situations on the basis of fuzzy logic for increasing the efficiency of functioning of the systems of analysis of situations and making decisions in conditions of uncertainty. The conceptual model of the analysis of situations and making decisions in uncertainty environment for changeable structure of expert groups on levels of controlling and internal feedback is advanced. A method of extraction of expert knowledge for the first time is developed on the basis of organization of purposeful procedure of incomplete pair comparisons and solving the system of the linear equations. The methods of the coordination and correction of individual and group of experts estimations on intermediate stages of the controlling tasks of the analysis of situations are offered. The methods of classification of situations in uncertainty environment are offered both at presence, and at absence of the standards of classes, which work with uncertainty knowledge of the experts for changing object from current situations into target.
